Bacigalupi will provide representation and advice to clients seeking to launch or grow their gaming businesses, including planning, acquisition, financing and licensing. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Kolesar & Leatham, practicing primarily in complex business and real estate litigation, regulatory/administrative matters and business law.
Before becoming a lawyer, Bacigalupi enjoyed a successful commercial real estate career, which brings unique and practical insights that serve his clients' short and long-term business goals. He holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington.
