Leifras Launches Official Note Channel "Story of LEIFRAS"

(Nasdaq: LFS) (the "Company" or "Leifras"), a sports and social business company dedicated to youth sports and community engagement, and a leading operator of children's sports schools and school club activity support businesses in Japan, today announced the launch of its official note channel, "Story of LEIFRAS," as a new corporate communications platform in 2026, the year of the Company's 25th anniversary.

Through "Story of LEIFRAS," Leifras will share stories that complement the Company's press releases, corporate website, and investor relations materials. Content will cover the background behind its businesses, the ideas and values that guide management, the people who support its operations, its efforts to address social issues through sports and education, and its vision for the future.

In conjunction with the launch, Leifras has published an introductory article explaining why the Company created its official note channel and what it intends to share through the platform.

In addition, on October 9, 2026, the first anniversary of Leifras' Nasdaq listing, Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Kiyotaka Ito is scheduled to publish the first installment of "ITO'S MESSAGE," titled "On the First Anniversary of Our Nasdaq Listing: 'Going Public Is Not the Goal, but Part of the Process.'"

The Company expects "Story of LEIFRAS" to serve as an additional channel for communicating with shareholders, investors and other stakeholders.

New Corporate Communications Platform

Since its founding in 2001, Leifras has operated under its corporate philosophy, "to change and design sports." Beginning with its sports school business, the Company has expanded its activities to include support for school club activities, collaboration with municipalities and educational institutions, and after-school day care services, while working to address social issues through sports and education.

Leifras has traditionally communicated information about its businesses and initiatives through press releases, its corporate website, social media, and investor relations channels.
