Before joining Leer Group, Alan most recently served as REV Recreation Group’s Vice President and General Manager. Previously, he was President and COO of Reading Truck Body, a business unit of J.B. Poindexter & Co. He has also held leadership positions at Ford and Workhorse Custom Chassis. Alan holds an MSA in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
