Lattice Semiconductor to Release 2Q17 Financial Results on August 8

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ: LSCC) today announced that it will release financial results for the second quarter of 2017 on August 8, 2017 after the close of the NASDAQ Stock Market. On November 3, 2016, the Company announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Canyon Bridge Capital Partners, Inc. As a result of the acquisition announcement, the Company will not be holding a quarterly conference call or webcast, and will not provide an outlook for its future financial results.
