Lathrop GPM to Open New Kansas City Hybrid Office Space

The new 47,000-square-foot office space allows for flexibility and collaboration

KANSAS CITY, Mo., May 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Lathrop GPM LLP is pleased to announce that its Kansas City team will relocate to a new 47,000-square-foot office at Stanton Road Capital's 2323 Grand Boulevard. The new space will adopt the firm's hybrid open seating layout and private, assigned workspaces. This approach is intended to enhance collaboration and strengthen the firm's ability to serve clients more efficiently. The firm's Boston, Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis and St. Louis offices have adopted this new hybrid layout. The move is scheduled for summer 2026.

The new office on floors seven and eight will feature nine conference rooms of various sizes, private offices and open workspaces. In keeping with the design of the firm's other locations, glass walls will allow natural light to flow throughout the interior. Lathrop GPM was also drawn to the location due to the investments Stanton Road Capital has made to the building's amenities, such as a conference center with seating for up to 135 guests, a spacious dining area and an outdoor patio.
