LV Petroleum Welcomes Jamie Hubbard as SVP Construction and Maintenance

Industry veteran brings more than 30 years of construction, maintenance, procurement and operational leadership to support LV Petroleum's continued growth.

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LV Petroleum LLC has welcomed Jamie Hubbard as SVP Construction and Maintenance, adding more than 30 years of experience in construction, maintenance, procurement, supply chain and change management to the company's leadership team.

In his new role, Hubbard will focus on building industry-leading, high-functioning construction, maintenance and environmental teams that can support LV Petroleum's expansion plans while helping maintain safe, clean environments for team members and customers.

Hubbard joins LV Petroleum from TravelCenters of America (TA), where he served as SVP of Construction, Facilities, Environmental and Procurement.

Before TA, Hubbard spent eight years with Ascena retail group as part of its Procurement Center of Excellence, focusing on construction, maintenance and energy. He also spent more than a decade at Burlington Coat Factory, where his leadership roles included vice president of procurement.
