LO3 Capital Announces the Hiring of TJ O'Donnell as Partner

NEW YORK, May 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- LO3 Capital, a private investment firm dedicated to supporting the growth and success of lower middle-market businesses, proudly announces the hiring of TJ O'Donnell as Partner.

Mr. O'Donnell will contribute to the strategic management of LO3 Capital's future investment activities and play a key role in shaping and executing the firm's long-term strategies. His responsibilities will include supporting portfolio companies, sourcing new investment opportunities, and helping guide the firm's expansion into future funds and initiatives.

With nearly 15 years of experience in private credit, growth capital, and operational leadership, TJ has demonstrated a track record of partnering with business owners and management teams to drive sustainable growth. Prior to joining LO3 Capital, TJ served as a Managing Director at MC Credit Partners, where he sourced, executed, and/or managed $3 Billion of middle-market direct lending and opportunistic credit investments. He also served as a board member for several portfolio companies.

Mr. O'Donnell holds a B.A. in Finance from Villanova University, where he served as team captain of the Men's Varsity Lacrosse team.
