LCS Appoints News Sales and Resident Experience Leaders

Shelley Hamner and Shauna Shockley will lead sales and resident experience, respectively, for the LCS portfolio of 10 Vi communities

DES MOINES, Iowa, Oct. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- LCS has appointed Shelley Hamner as Assistant Vice President of Sales and Shauna Shockley as Assistant Vice President of Resident Experience for Vi, an LCS portfolio of 10 Life Plan Communities. In their new roles, Hamner and Shockley will help advance Vi's sales strategy and enhance the resident experience across its communities nationwide.

Hamner brings extensive experience in senior living sales, marketing and residential settings to her new role. She will support Vi's sales strategy and efforts to connect prospective residents with the lifestyle and experiences offered across its communities. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Green Courte Residential in Chicago. Previously, she held leadership roles with Senior Lifestyle Corporation, including Divisional Director, and served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Brookdale's Entry Fee Division.

In her new role, she will lead Vi's resident experience strategy, with a focus on the full resident journey and the many interactions that shape daily life at Vi. She will bring together insights, programs, practices and partnerships across the organization to create a connected and consistent experience for residents. She will also lead the continued advancement of Vista 360 Well-Being, Vi's multidimensional wellness and lifestyle program, which launched across all 10 communities earlier this year.

Most recently, Shockley served as National Operations Specialist at Spectrum Retirement Living in Colorado. Previously, she was Vice President of Sales at Claiborne Senior Living and Sales Director at Frontier Management.
