Mr. Borders is a seasoned commercial banking lawyer who focuses his practice on representing foreign and domestic credit providers in municipal, non-profit, higher education and health care financings. Such transactions include bank facilities that provide credit enhancement and liquidity support to tax-exempt securities and the direct purchase of tax-exempt securities.
