Kodak Announces Retirement of Longtime Executive Andrew Evenski
ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- After more than 30 years at Kodak, Andrew Evenski, President and General Manager of Entertainment and Commercial Film, has decided to retire from his role at the company.
Andy’s career at Kodak has spanned many roles, including operations, finance and the management of a worldwide business. Prior to his latest position, Andy was responsible for worldwide financial operations for the Consumer Digital Imaging Group and the Commercial Imaging Group. While working in manufacturing and operations, Andy led numerous activities to reduce the overall cost and footprint of the company.
More recently, Andy led the industry-wide effort to ensure the contractual agreements between Kodak and major Hollywood studios. From the beginning, Andy saw a future for film – and he worked hard to secure it. Today, Kodak’s motion picture portfolio includes many Oscar-nominated and critically acclaimed films. The list continues to grow, thanks in part to the efforts led by Andy.
“On behalf of the entire Kodak team, I’d like to thank Andy for his enduring dedication and contributions to the company over the years,” said Kodak CEO Jeff Clarke. “We wish him nothing but the best in the future.”
Wayne Martin will take on the expanded role of Vice President and General Manager of Industrial Film and Chemicals, and Steve Bellamy, President of the Motion Picture and Entertainment Group, will remain responsible for marketing, sales and film services for the entertainment industry.
