Knowtion Health Appoints Tammie Jackson as Chief Commercial Officer

BOCA RATON, Fla., March 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Knowtion Health, one of the nation's leading healthcare revenue cycle companies, has named Tammie Jackson, MHA, CHFP, FHFMA, a longtime revenue cycle executive who formerly served as chair of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), to the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Jackson holds more than 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare revenue cycle vendors. She brings a wealth of experience in strategic growth, revenue cycle processes/technology, client engagement, and business development to this role. 

Jackson will report to Jayson Yardley, Knowtion Health's Chief Executive Officer. As Chief Commercial Officer, Jackson will lead sales, marketing, and client services. Her transition to this role coincides with Satchel Kiefer, Chief Revenue Officer at Knowtion Health, departing from his executive role at the end of March.

Prior to joining Knowtion Health, Jackson served as Chief Revenue Officer for Janus Health after holding the role of Interim President in 2024. She is also the former Chief Growth Officer for FinThrive. Her career also includes leadership roles with Conifer Health, Transunion Healthcare, and Cardon Outreach.

Beyond her deep experience in revenue cycle strategy and operations, Jackson is a recognized thought leader in healthcare finance. She is a published advocate and public speaker on health equity and value-based care reimbursement and has contributed significantly to industry advancements through her work on the HFMA National Advisory Council. Tammie has received several HFMA awards, including the William G. Follmer Bronze Award, the Robert H. Reeves Silver Award, the Frederick T. Muncie Gold Award, and the Founders Medal of Honor. Her industry recognition extends beyond HFMA. In 2022, Jackson was named to Health Tech World's list of Incredible Women in Health Tech.
