KeyBank Names Drue Anderson to Lead Retail Banking

Veteran banking executive brings more than 25 years of experience scaling retail operations, growing market share and improving client outcomes

CLEVELAND, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- KeyBank (NYSE: KEY) announced today that Drue Anderson has joined the company to lead Retail Banking. Anderson will guide the next stage of growth for KeyBank's retail business, with a focus on disciplined execution, client experience and the bank's long-term strategic commitments. He succeeds Kevin Sloan who is retiring from Key at the end of the year.

Anderson brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in banking to KeyBank. Most recently, he served as Divisional Director of Consumer Banking and Head of Virtual Banking at JPMorgan Chase.

Earlier in his career, Anderson held leadership roles at Citibank, including regional director, sales manager and financial advisor in the company's wealth management business. In those roles, he helped deliver double-digit year-over-year balance and revenue growth multiple times.

A native of Central Illinois, Anderson lives with his family in Zionsville, Indiana. He will be based at KeyBank's Indianapolis office and will work with Sloan through the end of 2026 to support a smooth leadership transition.
