Katahdin Bankshares Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend

HOULTON, Maine, Aug. 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Katahdin Bankshares Corp. (OTCQX: KTHN), parent company of Katahdin Trust Company, announced that it has declared a cash dividend of $0.2025 per share for the third quarter of 2025. The dividend will be payable on September 22, 2025, to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2025.

This dividend represents a 15.7% increase over last year's third-quarter dividend.
