Katahdin Bankshares Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend

HOULTON, Maine, Feb. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Katahdin Bankshares Corp. (OTCQX: KTHN), parent company of Katahdin Trust Company, announced that it has declared a cash dividend of $0.2025 per share for the first quarter of 2025. The dividend will be payable on March 21, 2025, to shareholders of record as of March 14, 2025.

This dividend represents a 15.7% increase over last year's first-quarter dividend.
