Katahdin Bankshares Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend

HOULTON, Maine , Nov. 20, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Katahdin Bankshares Corp. (OTCQX: KTHN), parent company of Katahdin Trust Company, announced that it has declared a cash dividend of $0.175 per share for the fourth quarter of 2024. The dividend will be payable on December 20, 2024, to shareholders of record as of December 13, 2024.

This dividend represents a 15.1% increase over last year's fourth-quarter dividend.
