Katahdin Bankshares Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend

HOULTON, Maine, Aug. 29, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Katahdin Bankshares Corp. (OTCQX: KTHN), parent company of Katahdin Trust Company, announced that it has declared a cash dividend of $0.175 per share for the third quarter of 2024. The dividend will be payable on September 20, 2024, to shareholders of record as of September 13, 2024.

This dividend represents a 15.1% increase over last year's third-quarter dividend.
