KMG Declares Quarterly Dividend

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KMG (NYSE: KMG), a global provider of specialty chemicals, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share. The dividend is payable January 5, 2017 to shareholders of record December 23, 2016. As of October 31, 2016, there were approximately 12.1 million KMG common shares outstanding.
