KMG Declares Quarterly Dividend

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KMG (NYSE: KMG), a global provider of specialty chemicals, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share. The dividend is payable June 30, 2016 to shareholders of record June 17, 2016. As of April 30, 2016, there were approximately 12.0 million KMG common shares outstanding.
