KMG Declares Quarterly Dividend

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KMG Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE: KMG), a global provider of specialty chemicals, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share. The dividend is payable October 16, 2015 to shareholders of record October 5, 2015. As of July 31, 2015, there were approximately 11.8 million KMG common shares outstanding.
