KEVIN DAY JOINS R4 CAPITAL TO MAXIMIZE DISPOSITION GOALS

NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- R4 Capital, a nationwide affordable housing investor, lender, and developer, is pleased to welcome Kevin Day as Director of Capital Transactions and Asset Strategies based in the firm's New York office. As part of the firm's Asset Management Group, Mr. Day will play a key role in the disposition of properties within R4's seasoned LIHTC equity funds, along with refinancing and repositioning assets. Mr. Day's expert knowledge will ensure R4's equity funds maximize the residual value of their investments in affordable housing properties reaching the end of their intended holding period.

For more than 20 years, Mr. Day has managed portfolios in the tax credit industry representing over $2 billion of real estate assets. Previously, Mr. Day was Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Conifer where he repositioned and/or recapitalized over 30 of the firm's existing 200 property portfolio. Prior to that, he oversaw asset management of more than 10,000 units as Vice President of Asset Management at Fairstead. Other significant positions include Director of Portfolio Management at AIG and Director of Capital Transactions and Special Asset Management at Centerline Capital Group.
