LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of KB Home (NYSE: KBH) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.025 per share on the Company's common stock, payable on February 22, 2018 to stockholders of record on February 8, 2018.
