Having joined KAP in 2013, Ms. Roeder is recognized by the firm for her exceptional accomplishments in the areas of capital raising and investor relations advisory, project management, and client relations. In her new role, Ms. Roeder will continue advising general partners on fund formation and organizational growth and will contribute to KAP's business development and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining KAP, Ms. Roeder served as Vice President at Metropolitan Real Estate Equity Management (now part of The Carlyle Group), where she was responsible for articulating the firm's market view, investment thesis, and competitive advantage and enhancing the firm's status as a thought leader within the investment community. Prior to Metropolitan, Ms. Roeder served as Senior Vice President for Neighborhood Development at Trinity Real Estate, where she developed, managed, and began implementing a strategic plan to transform Trinity's six-million-square-foot commercial portfolio in Manhattan's Hudson Square neighborhood into a dynamic, mixed-use community. Ms. Roeder received a J.D. from Yale Law School and graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Ms. Roeder is based in Denver, Colorado.
