Jim Scott Joins Wellness Pet Company as Chief Supply Chain Officer

Scott brings 35 years of experience in operations, supply chain, food safety and quality to the executive leadership team to guide end-to-end operations and deliver industry-leading service for pet parents.

With a proven track record in manufacturing and logistics within the human food industry, Scott will lead supply chain management and help enhance competitive position and financial performance for the company.

Scott is Six Sigma Black Belt Certified and most recently served as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain, USA, at Maple Leaf Foods, leading U.S. operations and supply chain transformation through enhanced operational efficiency, supply chain network optimization and strategic process improvements. At Wellness Pet, he joins the executive leadership team to manage end-to-end supply chain strategy, grow its high-performing team and ensure industry-leading service for pet parents through data-driven execution and continuous improvement.
