Mr. Davidson recently served as an executive with Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice. In this role, he helped public sector organizations improve their operations, enhance their workforce's experiences, develop their talent, and prepare them for the future of work.  He is known for his deep expertise in technology, process reengineering, and alternative service delivery models.  

Mr. Davidson's career includes leadership roles at Accenture and KPMG, as well as senior government positions, including Executive Director of Enterprise Services at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he led one of the federal government's first cabinet-level shared services operations. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief of Staff to Virginia Governor L. Douglas Wilder and as a legislative aide to Congressman Ronald M. Mottl.
