MONETT, Mo., May 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: JKHY) today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.40 per share. The cash dividend on its common stock, par value $.01 per share, is payable on June 7, 2019, to stockholders of record as of May 23, 2019. At May 1, 2019, there were 77,203,651 shares of the common stock outstanding.
