Jack Henry & Associates Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend

MONETT, Mo., Nov. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: JKHY) today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.37 per share.  The cash dividend on its common stock, par value $.01 per share, is payable on December 20, 2018, to stockholders of record as of December 3, 2018.  At November 13, 2018, there were 77,148,318 shares of the common stock outstanding.
