MONETT, Mo., Aug. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: JKHY) today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.31 per share. The cash dividend on its common stock, par value $.01 per share, is payable on September 28, 2017, to stockholders of record as of September 8, 2017. At August 16, 2017, there were 77,438,286 shares of the common stock outstanding.
