MONETT, Mo., Aug. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: JKHY) today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.28 per share. The cash dividend on its common stock, par value $.01 per share, is payable on September 27, 2016, to stockholders of record as of September 7, 2016. At August 17, 2016, there were 78,725,129 shares of the common stock outstanding.
