JND Legal Administration Bolsters Business Development with Industry Veteran
SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- JND Legal Administration, a management and administration company delivering service lines in class action, mass tort, corporate restructuring, government services and eDiscovery, today announced that Sondra Monroe joined the team as senior account manager. Monroe will bolster JND Legal Administration’s business development efforts and brings 20 years of strategic and client development experience in the class action, mass tort and financial services industries.
“Relationships in this business are built upon dedication and skill over years of trusted service – Sondra’s robust network speaks to her tireless commitment,” said David Isaac, co-founder and managing director of JND Legal Administration. “She listens to the specific needs of clients and can pinpoint efficient and cost-effective solutions.”
Before joining JND Legal Administration, Monroe was director of class action services at Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC (KCC). Her well-rounded settlement administration expertise spans across securities and consumer finance, and labor and employment matters, among others.
Prior to her work at KCC, Sondra was national sales consultant at Wachovia and Fifth Third where she was active in both the product development of the claims administration line of business and the strategic marketing of claims administration and escrow services to top law firms, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies. While at Wachovia and Fifth Third, Sondra built key relationships through her client-focused business development style.
Monroe will be involved in identifying how clients can best use JND Legal Administration’s flagship class action and mass tort services, which are scalable and built to tackle even the most complex cases the industry has to offer. With the recent formation of JND eDiscovery and JND Government Services, JND Legal Administration also offers a comprehensive suite of legal administration services to clients.
“I am very enthusiastic about joining the exceptional JND team to provide the absolute best in class action and mass tort services,” Monroe said. “This is an exciting time for the company, and I look forward to leveraging my skills and experience to increase market presence and capitalize on JND’s early growth to solidify its foothold in the marketplace.”
Monroe received a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law.
