Company Acquisition of eDiscovery Solutions Provider Alloy Group Fuels Expansion

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- JND Legal Administration, a company specializing in the management and administration of class action, bankruptcy and mass tort claims, today announced the formation of JND eDiscovery with the acquisition of Alloy Group. Alloy Group’s resources will form the core of the new JND eDiscovery line of business, allowing JND to broaden service offerings to clients.
