SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- JAKKS Pacific, Inc., (NASDAQ: JAKK) today announced that the United States District Court for the Central District of California ordered the dismissal with prejudice all of the claims asserted in the consolidated action captioned John Melot v. JAKKS Pacific, Inc. et al., Case No.-LA CV13-05388 JAK (SSx), a putative class action that commenced in July 2013.
