Ivera Group Acquires Salvage and Appraisal Company

Seasoned Executive to Join the Company as VP of Salvage and Appraisal Division

LANSDALE, Pa., Feb. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Ivera Group, Inc. (the "Company" or "Ivera"), a forensic consulting services company, today announced the acquisition of Allied Salvors, Inc. ("Allied") an independent salvage and appraisal firm that has assisted insurance companies and self-insured corporations for 25 years in the handling of their commercial property losses involving salvageable products or materials. In addition, Mr. Edward Flanagan, the President of Allied, has agreed to join the Company as Vice President of Ivera's Salvage and Appraisal Division.

Mr. Flanagan will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of the Salvage and Appraisal business into the Ivera family of companies, as well as the development of the business strategies to expand that segment of the business. He is a proven leader with 37 years of experience in damage assessment, value determination, inventory management, and has expertise in accurately assessing and appraising damaged property for salvage purposes. His experience will be vital to executing the Company's strategic business goals and providing quality service to our clients.
