CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- J. Allen Fine, Chairman of the Board of Investors Title Company (NASDAQ: ITIC), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.16 per share to shareholders of record June 15, 2016, payable June 30, 2016.
