Former Coinbase Executive and Andreessen Horowitz Advisor to Lead Enterprise Risk, Governance, and Regulatory Strategy

With a distinguished background at the intersection of law, regulation, and financial innovation, Lempres brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to Inveniam's executive team.

Lempres most recently served as Executive in Residence at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), advising portfolio companies and shaping strategies around governance, compliance, and trust in emerging technologies. Prior to that, he was Chief Legal and Risk Officer at Coinbase, where he played a critical role during a period of rapid growth, helping the company navigate complex regulatory environments while scaling its operations globally.
