Sentral continues robust growth with first property in San Diego, with apartments available for any length of stay; announces new hires to support and facilitate ongoing expansion

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Sentral, the leading residential-meets-hospitality operator, today announces the addition of Sentral Gaslamp Quarter, a luxury building with 135 designer-furnished apartments available for any length of stay. Situated two blocks from Petco Park and slated to open in March, the new building will provide hotel-style amenities including valet, an on-site food and beverage offering, rooftop terrace, fitness center and around-the-clock front desk staff. Guests and residents can choose from studio or one-bedroom units, many of which include balconies or lofts.

Sentral Gaslamp Quarter is jointly owned by Elevate Investment Partners and ESI Ventures, and will be Sentral's first property in San Diego. (The company manages nine multifamily buildings in the Los Angeles Area and 40 across the United States.)

As part of its ongoing growth, Sentral also announces the addition of two industry veterans to key roles within the company. Bobbie Norris has been hired as Sentral's vice president of client services; she will work closely with clients and Sentral's operations team to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction. Norris' 23-year career in real estate includes senior roles at Greystar and Camden Property Trust. Heather Hadden has been hired as Sentral's vice president of East Coast operations; previously, she held vice president roles at South Oxford Management and Birchstone Residential.
