International Petroleum Corporation Updated Share Capital
International Petroleum Corporation (IPC or the Corporation) (TSX, Nasdaq Stockholm: IPCO) reports the following, in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act:
Following the cancellation of a further 780,587 common shares repurchased by IPC under the previously announced share repurchase program, the total number of issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation is 150,966,013 common shares with voting rights as at March 31, 2022. IPC does not hold any common shares in treasury.
