Interior Specialists, Inc. Announces Acquisition of HDIS

CARLSBAD, Calif., April 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Interior Specialists, Inc. ("ISI") today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to buy the HD Supply Interior Solutions business unit ("HDIS"), formerly known as Creative Touch Interiors, from HD Supply, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDS).

HDIS is a leading provider of design center management and installation services to large national and regional homebuilders, operating out of more than 50 design centers throughout the United States.
