PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Independence Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: IRT) (“IRT”) announces that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share of IRT common stock. The fourth quarter 2025 dividend is payable on January 23, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2025.
