PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Independence Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: IRT) (“IRT”) announces that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share of IRT common stock. The first quarter 2026 dividend is payable on April 17, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 27, 2026.
