NOVI, Mich., July 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) today announced that it will release consolidated financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2016 before the market opens on July 28, 2016. Due to the pending acquisition by Fortis Inc., ITC Holdings Corp. will no longer host a quarterly webcast and conference call.
