NOVI, Mich., May 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1875 per share, payable on June 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on June 1, 2016.
