Houghton Mifflin Harcourt to Participate in Three Upcoming Investor Conferences

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Global learning company Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (“HMH” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: HMHC) announced today that it will attend three investor conferences in September 2015.

Linda Zecher, HMH’s President and Chief Executive Officer, will participate in a question-and-answer session at the BMO Capital Markets 15th Annual Back to School Education Conference on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City.

Eric Shuman, HMH’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will participate in a question-and-answer session at Goldman Sachs 24th Annual Communacopia Conference on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time at the Conrad New York Hotel in New York City.

Mr. Shuman will also participate in a question-and-answer session at the Stifel Consumer Conference on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time at The New York Palace Hotel in New York City.
