SPENCER, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HOME FINANCIAL BANCORP, (OTCPink: “HWEN”), the holding company for a state commercial bank based in Spencer, Indiana (the “Corporation”), announced today that it has declared a cash dividend of $.04 on each share of its Common Stock for its third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2019. The dividend is payable on March 21, 2019, to holders of record on March 8, 2019.
