SPENCER, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HOME FINANCIAL BANCORP, (OTCQB: HWEN), the holding company for Our Community Bank, an Indiana commercial bank based in Spencer, Indiana (the “Corporation”), announced today that it has declared a cash dividend of $.035 on each share of its Common Stock for its first fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2016. The dividend is payable on September 22, 2016, to holders of record on September 9, 2016.
