Home Capital Declares Common Share Dividend
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Home Capital Group Inc. (“Home Capital” or “the Company”) (TSX: HCG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a common share dividend of $0.15 per share for the first quarter 2023. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2023, to shareholders of record on February 28, 2023. The dividend is designated as an “eligible” dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation.
