Through this partnership, RentSpree's rental application and tenant screening tools will now be embedded within the Hive MLS platform, free of charge to its subscribers in the Carolinas and Georgia. With approximately 15,000 annual rental listings across the 18+ MLSs that Hive services, the new functionality will help agents streamline their workflow, reduce time-consuming back-and-forth, and better serve clients in this high-volume market.
