CHICAGO, Oct. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSII), a premier provider of senior-level executive search, leadership consulting and culture shaping services globally, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share. The dividend is payable on November 17, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 3, 2017.
