Heart to Heart Hospice Expands Service in Southwestern Michigan

New location is open in Kalamazoo to serve patients and families in surrounding area  

PLANO, Texas, Aug. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Heart to Heart Hospice, one of the country's largest private providers of hospice care, has expanded its service area in southwestern Michigan with a new site in Kalamazoo.

The new location is serving patients and families in the counties of Barry, Calhoun, and Kalamazoo.
