HawkEye 360 Appoints Craig Searle as Chief Financial Officer

HERNDON, Va., Sept. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- HawkEye 360, the global leader in signals intelligence data and analytics, today announced the promotion of Craig Searle to Chief Financial Officer. Craig most recently served as the company's Chief Business Officer and, before joining the company full-time, served for four years as a member of HawkEye 360's Board of Directors and its Audit Committee.

Craig brings two decades of finance experience, including a decade of work in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.
