HairClub Appoints Ahmad M. Wardak as President and Chief Executive Officer

BOCA RATON, Fla., June 2, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- HairClub, a leading provider of proven hair loss solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ahmad M. Wardak to President and Chief Executive Officer, effective May 29, 2025.

Mr. Wardak brings more than two decades of executive leadership across finance, marketing, operations, and corporate strategy. Since joining HairClub in September 2022, he has risen in the organization rapidly and has held several key leadership roles including Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and most recently, President and Chief Operating Officer. Under his leadership, HairClub successfully completed a major turnaround, reversing five consecutive years of operating losses and returning to profitability.

There, he served as Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Innovation, Senior Vice President of Business Operations, and Controller. In these roles, he made significant contributions to strategic planning, innovation, strategic alliance formations, and building the company's highly coveted new customer acquisition function. Mr. Wardak began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young.
